  • Most of the sculptural Pieces are unique and not repeatable.

  • We will communicate the acceptance of your offer after we receive confirmation of your payment being processed. We will send you an acknowledgement e-mail confirming acceptance of your order.

  • .All pieces are handmade hence, the variation in finish and form is inevitable. 

  • By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

  • All prices stated on the website are in United Kingdom Pound Sterling (GBP) currency.

Orders &Shipping

  • UK (up to 5 working days), Europe ( 3-5 working days)

  • We ship to the address provided at checkout. Be sure this is correct.

  • Delivery times are estimates, Dena.Ceramics will not take responsibility for delays caused by the posting service.

  • Please make sure that we are shipping your order to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages.

  • Dena Ceramics only accepts returns if notified within 3 days after delivery. If there is a defect or problem with your order please contact us within 3 business days with photos and we will be happy to assist you.

  • All orders will be sent via Royal Mail, the shipping cost is calculated according to the order weight and destination country.

Returns

  • Items can be damaged or lost in transit. Please inspect all packages upon delivery and notify us immediately if the package appears to be damaged. If any items arrive damaged, notify us within 3 days so that we can rectify this as soon as possible. 

  • We are not responsible for any lost packages during the return process.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

  • Pieces must be returned in their original packaging.
